A. Those applications referred to in this title may have a fee established for the processing of the application. The fees shall be paid to the county and deposited with the administrator. No action can be taken on an application until all applicable fees have been paid in full.
B. Fees shall be established by resolution passed and adopted by the board of commissioners and shall take effect on the date of adoption. (Ord. 77-6 as amended)
