The text and maps of this title may be amended whenever the board deems that amendment is required for public convenience or necessity, or for the general welfare. All proposals to add, repeal or amend any of the provisions of this title shall be enacted pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and Idaho Code, section 67-6501 et seq., as it shall be amended from time to time; provided, that applications by property owners for reclassification of the zoning district to which their property is subject shall be governed by chapter 26 of this title.
