Conditional uses for this district are limited to the following:
A. Bulk storage and sale of flammable liquids and gases, subject to the approval of the fire chief of the rural fire district having jurisdiction.
B. Solid waste incineration.
C. Truck terminal.
D. Chemical storage and/or manufacture.
E. Public utility and public service installations.
F. Smelter, rendering plants.
G. Wireless communication facilities (see section 9-3-16 of this title).
