The Administrator, in consultation with the County Engineer or his/her designated representative, shall have the authority to interpret zoning and overlay district boundaries in accordance with this title. Interpretation by the Administrator may be appealed to the Board according to the procedures and time requirements of section 9-32-3 of this title.
