A. Function: The developer shall provide the planning and zoning commission with written documentation that will sufficiently explain the functions of the proposed cemetery for either human or animal remains.
B. Compliance With Idaho Code: The developer shall submit a written statement that has been prepared by an attorney that adequately assures the compliance of the proposed cemetery with the procedural management requirements that are outlined in Idaho Code title 27. (2003 Code § 12-09-05)
