A. General: Mobile home subdivisions shall be subject to any requirements set forth in the zoning ordinance.
B. Special Requirements: Mobile home subdivisions shall be subject to the following special requirements:
1. Developed as a planned unit development with a minimum lot area for the planned development of five (5) acres.
2. Screening from adjacent areas, other than subdivisions of the same type, by aesthetically acceptable fences, walls, living planting areas, and existing natural or manmade barriers.
3. Creation of a homeowners' association to assure that all common areas are adequately maintained. (2003 Code § 12-09-03)
