12-6-26: EASEMENTS:
   A.   Easements Provided For Drainage: Where a subdivision is traversed by a watercourse, drainageway, channel or street, there shall be provided a stormwater easement or drainage right of way conforming substantially with the lines of such watercourse, and such further width or construction, or both, as will be adequate for the purpose. Side lines of lots shall follow the natural watercourse.
   B.   Utility Easements: Unobstructed utility easements shall be provided along front lot lines, rear lot lines, and side lot lines when deemed necessary; total easement width shall not be less than twenty feet (20').
   C.   Noncity Utility Easements: Unobstructed noncity utility easements shall be provided along front lot lines, rear lot lines, and side lot lines when deemed necessary; total easement width shall not be less than five feet (5'). (2003 Code § 12-07-26)
