12-6-22: STREET VACATIONS:

The mayor and city council shall not authorize the vacation of any street or part of a street so dedicated for public use, if such vacation interferes with the uniformity of the existing street pattern or any future street plans prepared for the area. (2003 Code § 12-07-22)
