12-6-7: STREETS TO BE CARRIED TO PROPERTY LINES:
When a new subdivision adjoins unsubdivided land susceptible of being subdivided, then the new streets shall be carried to the boundaries of the tract proposed to be subdivided. (2003 Code § 12-07-07)
