12-3-5: RECORDATION:
After the plat is signed by the mayor, city clerk and city engineer, the developer shall record the plat with the county recorder, and provide the city engineer with a reproducible mylar copy of the recorded plat. Upon recordation of the plat and receipt of a reproducible mylar of the recorded plat, building permits may be issued for the lots created. (2003 Code § 12-04-05)
