3-4-1: SET BY RESOLUTION:
Unless otherwise stated in any other provision of this code, city fees shall be as set by one or more resolutions. Such resolutions may be amended at any time by the city council. Applicable state sales tax shall be added to fees that require such. (2003 Code § 1-23-01)
