11-10-25: REVIEW BY CITY COUNCIL:
The city council shall consider input from the citizens as well as the community forestry department and shall make the final decision on issues properly brought before city council. On all issues brought before city council, the decisions made by city council shall be final and conclusive. (Ord. 2137, 10-6-2015, eff. 10-6-2015)
