The purpose of these regulations is to guide and set a minimum standard for the general appearance and arrangement of commercial, industrial and residential uses in order to create attractive and dynamic business centers, assure the compatibility of satellite commercial and industrial areas with their surrounding neighborhoods, and assure the compatibility of dense residential land uses with surrounding neighborhoods.
