A. Classifications: The budget shall itemize and show for each department, office, service, agency or activity of the city, information under the following classifications:
1. All revenue from all sources.
2. An itemized and detailed statement of salaries and wages; provided, that intermittent and nonsalaried employees, and laborers, shall be shown by the total for each department, office, service, agency or activity.
3. All expenses and expenditures, other than salaries and wages.
B. Information Required: Said estimates and reports for each of the foregoing classifications shall cover the following:
1. Audited numbers for the preceding fiscal year;
2. The current year operating budget; and
3. A forecast for the upcoming fiscal year budget. (2003 Code § 1-15-04)
