The commission shall hold one regular meeting each month for not less than nine (9) months in each year. The majority of the appointed members of the commission shall be necessary to constitute a quorum at any meeting. All meetings shall be open to the public. A written record of its meetings, resolutions, findings and determinations shall be kept, which shall be a public record. (2003 Code § 2-04-05)
