1-11-10: CONDUCT OF ELECTION:

Initiative or referendum elections, whether special or general, shall be conducted and the results thereof canvassed and certified in all respects as near as practicable, in like manner as general elections, except as otherwise provided. (2003 Code § 1-22-10)
