A. It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or employee or agent, to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use or maintain any sign or cause or permit the same to be done in violation of this chapter.
B. Signs placed in the right-of-way contrary to this chapter are a violation of this Development Code and the City may remove such illegal signs without notice.
C. Any person, firm, or corporation violating or permitting a violation of this chapter commits a separate offense for each day or part of a day the violation exists.
