1-9-9: PENALTY:
Any person or business violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (2003 Code § 1-21-09; amd. 2012 Code)
