1-9-6: EXCEPTION:
A city official shall not be deemed to have a financial interest in a matter if his interest is solely that of a general taxpayer or solely that of a recipient of public services generally provided by the city on the same terms and conditions as if he were not an official. (2003 Code § 1-21-06)
