A. Whenever "the governing body" or "local jurisdiction" is referred to in this chapter, or adopted codes, it shall be deemed to be referring to the city of Blackfoot, Bingham County, a political subdivision of the state of Idaho.
B. Whenever the term "authorized official", or "building official" is referred to in the codes adopted by this chapter, such reference and designation shall deem to refer to and describe the "senior building official" of the city of Blackfoot, Bingham County, a political subdivision of the state of Idaho.
