10-2-5: PENALTY:
Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. (2003 Code § 4-02-03; amd. 2012 Code)
