Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind, including any owner, occupant, lessee or tenant of premises, violating any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 2089, 1-5-2010, eff. 1-5-2010; amd. 2012 Code)
