9-5-13: ANNEXATIONS:
In the event that the city annexes additional areas during the term of this contract, the city's right to collect waste or recyclable material within the city shall extend to any part of the newly annexed area. Service to begin ninety (90) days after annexation has received city council approval. (Ord. 2089, 1-5-2010, eff. 1-5-2010)
