9-5-11: SPECIAL COLLECTIONS:
The contractor shall provide for the special collection from commercial and residential units, bulky waste, construction debris, stable matter and any other refuse as agreed between the city council and the contractor. (Ord. 2089, 1-5-2010, eff. 1-5-2010)
