9-3-16: BACKFILLING:

Backfilling of building sewers and service connections within the limits of public rights of way or easements shall conform to special specifications promulgated by the city, for sewer installation, and shall be subject to inspection by and approval of the city. (Ord. 2122, 5-6-2014)
