9-3-14: REJECTION OF MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP:

The city may reject any material or workmanship for cause and, upon such order, rejected material shall be removed and replaced with approved material. Disapproved workmanship shall cause the removal and replacement of all materials involved, including appurtenances, excavation, backfilling and other work items. (Ord. 2122, 5-6-2014)
