9-3-13: INSPECTION AND APPROVAL OF CONNECTIONS:

No connection of any kind to a public sewer line shall be made and no sewage permitted to flow through such connection except pursuant to inspection of and approval issued by the city. See section 9-3-11 of this chapter for sewer permits, inspection fees, inspection notices, etc. (Ord. 2122, 5-6-2014)
