9-1-27: CITY NOT LIABLE FOR SHORTAGE:
The city shall not be held liable for damage to any person or property by reason of stoppage or other interruption of the water supply, caused by scarcity of water, lack of pressure, accident to works or mains, alterations, additions or repairs, or from other unavoidable causes. (2003 Code § 9-01-29)
