9-1-26: STOPPAGE OF WORK:
The public works director has the authority to stop work on any water system installation or improvement. Work shall remain stopped until the public works director is satisfied that the problem has been corrected and written approval to resume work has been obtained from the public works director. (2003 Code § 9-01-27)
