A. No dispensing, transfer or storage of flammable or combustible liquids shall be permitted inside of any building or structure.
B. No flammable or combustible liquid shall be dispensed into or removed from the fuel system of an aircraft within any aircraft hangar.
C. No flammable or combustible liquid shall be dispensed into or removed from a container, tank, vehicle or aircraft, except in a location approved by the airport manager.
D. It shall be unlawful for any person to clean any aircraft, engines or parts of aircraft in an aircraft hangar or within fifty feet (50') of another aircraft, building or hangar with any flammable liquid.
E. Airport hangar lessees must comply with all city, state and federal regulations that pertain to the operation of the airport and the airplanes, fuel and equipment stored and/or used at the airport. (2003 Code § 8-10-22)
