The city shall have a common law lien for services upon any aircraft using the airport, for any fees charged for the use of the airport and its facilities and unpaid by the owner or operator of said aircraft, including court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred in enforcing such lien. The city shall have the right to retain and hold possession of said aircraft and all property situated therein until the amount of said charges and money have been fully paid, and to sell such aircraft, or other property situated therein, for payment of such lien, charges, costs and attorney fees, and such aircraft and other property shall not be subject to attachment or execution by any other person until such lien storage charge and costs of satisfying such lien are fully satisfied.
