8-13-8: MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL:
The city shall employ personnel for the purpose of maintaining the airport, as needed, under the direction of the mayor, the salary for such personnel to be paid from the operating budget referred to in section 8-13-7 of this chapter. (2003 Code § 8-10-08)
