A. Budget: An operating budget for the airport shall be included in the annual budget to be adopted by the city. Such budget requests shall take into consideration recommendations of the airport manager and airport committee made to the mayor. The responsibility for the submission of said budget requests shall nevertheless be the sole responsibility of the mayor, subject to the approval of the city council at its budget hearing.
B. Fees: All fees collected from airport operations shall be placed in a special fund to be used only for airport maintenance and operation. (2003 Code § 8-10-07)
