8-13-6: PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE AIRPORT:

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or neglect to comply with any lawful order or instruction given to such person by the airport manager with respect to the use of the facilities at the airport. (2003 Code § 8-10-06)
