It is intended that Blackfoot McCarley Field:
A. Become economically self-sustaining insofar as possible;
B. That the airport premises and all activities thereon be for aeronautical purposes and the attendant needs of such users;
C. That no person be granted an exclusive right to conduct any commercial aeronautical activity thereon;
D. That no person using the airport facility be discriminated against because of that person's race, religion, sex, color, creed, or national origin. (2003 Code § 8-10-02)
