The golf professional shall conduct at least one (1) junior golf clinic during the summer months of each year, such clinic to be available to individuals of the age of eighteen (18) years and under. The charge for such clinic shall be in accordance with the schedule of charges adopted by the City Council with respect to the use of golf course facilities.
