8-12-5: DUTIES OF GOLF PROFESSIONAL:
The golf professional shall have the responsibility for the operation of the golf course, subject to the direct supervision of the Mayor. The golf professional shall have the responsibility of supervising play on the course, and shall have the sole and final authority with respect to the determination of starting positions of players on the course. (2003 Code § 8-09-05)
