The Idaho standards for public works construction document, 2005 edition (ISPWC), hereby is adopted by the city, to be used for construction and quality control of public works infrastructure projects. A copy of the ISPWC document may be obtained from the public works department. All subsequent editions and/or supplements to the ISPWC document, hereby automatically are adopted by the city as they become available unless one or more sections or parts specifically are excluded by resolution or ordinance.
