7-6-10: BICYCLIST NOT REQUIRED TO DISMOUNT WHEN STOPPING:
Whenever a bicycle operator is required to bring the bicycle to a stop in conformance with the official traffic control devices, the operator shall halt forward motion, but shall not be required to dismount or remove his/her feet from the pedals. (2003 Code § 10-12-10)
