7-5-1: SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS:
Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic control signals as heretofore declared in chapter 3 of this title, but all other places pedestrians shall be granted those rights, and be subject to the restrictions, stated in this chapter. (2003 Code § 10-06-01)
