Each applicant for a safe and sane fireworks permit, and a dangerous, agricultural or wildlife fireworks permit, shall have filed with the city clerk prior to the issuance of any permit, a policy of public liability insurance with coverage of at least fifty thousand dollars/one hundred thousand dollars ($50,000.00/$100,000.00), and a policy of property damage insurance with at least ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or a certificate showing said amount of insurance. Each policy shall contain a rider therein listing and carrying the city as an additional insured under said policy. (2003 Code § 3-03-02)
