It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) years, living or found in the city, to be or to remain a person who has run away from or is beyond the control of his or her parents, guardians, or other legal custodian. Any person violating any of the provisions or terms of this section shall have committed a status offense, and shall be punished as provided in Idaho Code title 20, chapter 5. (2003 Code § 6-03-07)
