6-2-21: LIABILITY OF PARENTS FOR MINORS OWNING ANIMALS:
In the event that the owner of any animal is a minor, the parent or guardian of such minor shall be liable for all injuries, property damage, fines and impoundment fees caused or incurred by said animal. (Ord. 2231, 12- -2022)
