A. It shall be unlawful to keep, maintain, harbor or possess upon the premises of any one household more than two (2) dogs, or five (5) cats, or combination of four (4) such animals, unless the owner or person in charge first procures a kennel license as provided in City Code.
B. No person shall operate or maintain a kennel within the City unless the location of the proposed kennel is in accordance with the provisions of the land use ordinance as embodied in title 11 of this code, as from time to time amended. (Ord. 2231, 12- -2022)
