A. It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, remain or repeatedly enter upon the premises or real property of any business, unless such person is acting as a customer or patron of the business, is engaging in or attempting to engage in an enterprise, venture or other lawful activity involving the business or its employees, or unless the person is upon the property or premises of the business with the permission of the owner or the owner's agent.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, remain or repeatedly enter upon the real property of another, unless express or implied permission has been given by the property owner or the property owner's agent. (2003 Code § 6-01-17)
