6-1-4: DISORDERLY HOUSES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to keep a disorderly house or place of business, or to allow, permit, or suffer in any house or place or building kept, used, or occupied by him within the limits of the city any drunkenness, quarreling, fighting, unlawful games, or riotous or disorderly conduct. (2003 Code § 6-01-11)
