Anything which is injurious to health or which is indecent or offensive to the senses, or an obstruction to the free use of property, or unlawfully obstructs free passage or use in the customary manner of any street, alley or sidewalk or public park, or injures any street or alley, or disturbs the peace and quiet, is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
