4-11-14: FEE FOR DRIVER'S LICENSE:
The license fee, in such amount as established by resolution of the city council, shall be paid for a taxi driver's license. Each license issued shall be effective only until December 31 following its issuance. There shall be no proration of fees. (2003 Code § 5-09-14; amd. 2012 Code)
