A. Every taxicab shall have painted upon each of the rear doors of said taxicab the name of the owner, or the trade name under which the owner operates, together with the cab number of each of the vehicles. All the lettering mentioned in this paragraph shall not be less than two inches (2") in height.
B. No applicant shall adopt or imitate the name or insignia used by another city licensed taxicab operator in such a manner as to be misleading or tend to deceive or defraud the public. (2003 Code § 5-09-06)
