1-4-1: CLASSIFICATION OF OFFENSES:
There hereby are declared four (4) classes of offenses under this code as follows:
   A.   Misdemeanors;
   B.   Infractions;
   C.   Parking violations; and
   D.   City code violations. (2003 Code § 1-09-01)
